Trade-in Privilege

You may trade-in your Curt Parker solitaire diamond ring, solitaire earrings or solitaire pendant at any time for the original amount paid, less taxes, on other Curt Parker diamond jewelry providing the diamond is not damaged. Original purchase documents (sales receipt, diamond grading report) are required. Ring, pendant and earring settings in unsaleable condition will be credited at the market rate for metal content.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Curt Parker offers only quality diamonds and gemstones. Your jewelry has been carefully and individually inspected for specific quality standards of cut, color, and clarity. If you are not completely satisfied that your jewelry is the finest available for the price paid, return it for a full refund within 10 days. For holidays and special occasions this policy extends 10 days after the gift date. Just give us the gift-date at time of purchase to extend this guarantee.

Diamond Earring Trade up Program

At any time, you may trade your Curt Parker diamond earstuds in on the purchase of a larger pair for the full price you paid. Simply bring in your original sales receipt and we will help you select another extraordinary pair of diamond earrings. Do this as many times as you like!

FAQ's JEWELRY INSURANCE

Craftsmanship Guarantee

Your jewelry has been crafted with the finest materials to demanding quality standards. It has been designed to exacting manufacturing specifications. Except for normal wear or abuse, we will repair or replace your jewelry if there is a manufacturing defect, in our opinion, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover repair or replacement due to accidental damage, or if another jeweler repairs, resizes or works on the jewelry.

Lifetime Cleaning and Inspection

Your Curt Parker diamond jewelry will be professionally cleaned and carefully inspected at no charge.

We recommend this be done every six months to keep your rings looking their best and in excellent condition. We will inspect your jewelry to help prevent possible loss of diamonds due to damage. Should your jewelry need repair Curt Parker Jewelers can repair your jewelry for a nominal charge. At Curt Parker jewelers we use state-of- the-art tools and equipment to ensure the highest quality work. With our laser welder, one of only 50 in the United States, we are able to accomplish sophisticated repairs that other jewelers are unable to do.

Return Privilege

Within 10 days you may return your Curt Parker jewelry purchase in its original condition, no reason required, with proof of purchase for a full refund. Jewelry in unsaleable condition will be charged a refinishing fee at our discretion. Special orders and jewelry that has been sized or altered are not returnable or exchangeable.

Lost your sales receipt, don’t worry! You can still return it. If the item was given to you as a gift, just provide us with the name of the purchaser and we will be happy to issue a merchandise voucher. Certificates, appraisals and invoices should accompany the return. If any items are missing there may be a charge for the missing item and a waiting period while the missing documents are recreated.

If you return an item purchased with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account.

Jewelry returned without receipt will be issued a merchandise voucher or gift certificate only.

A written Insurance Replacement Report accompanies every Curt Parker jewelry purchase of more than $500.00. We offer complimentary lifetime insurance replacement report updates on your purchase provided you bring in your original report with the jewelry.
