Within 10 days you may return your Curt Parker jewelry purchase in its original condition, no reason required, with proof of purchase for a full refund. Jewelry in unsaleable condition will be charged a refinishing fee at our discretion. Special orders and jewelry that has been sized or altered are not returnable or exchangeable.

Lost your sales receipt? Don’t worry! You can still return it. If the item was given to you as a gift, just provide us with the name of the purchaser and we will be happy to issue a merchandise voucher. Certificates, appraisals and invoices should accompany the return. If any items are missing there may be a charge for the missing item and a waiting period while the missing documents are recreated.

Jewelry returned without receipt will be issued a gift card for the amount of purchase.
